Back in 2020 - yes, that year - when the world was upside down, fate (and a dating app) brought Camren and Molly together. What caught Molly's attention wasn't a picture or a joke but a prompt that read "Hedgehogs can run up to 5 mph". Naturally, she had to respond. One message turned into many, and before long, they went on their first socially distant date: a hike.Since then, life has been full of growth and adventure. They both earned their master's degrees from North Carolina State University, explored new corners of the world, made a home in Georgia, and welcomed a very sweet puppy into their lives.In October 2024, Camren, Molly, and their pup Bea took a camping trip to James H. Floyd State Park. Surrounded by fall colors and quiet trails, it was there that Camren got down on one knee and asked Molly to marry him. Of course she said YES!It was a beautiful and genuine moment - just the two of them (and Bea), in a place that felt peaceful and familiar, marking the beginning of what comes next.

Founded in 1945, the Georgia Museum of Art at the University of Georgia has a permanent collection of more than 18,000 works of art. Its 20+ galleries present both a selection from that collection and temporary exhibitions. Admission is free Tuesday through Sunday. Reserve your tickets online.

The Porcelain and Decorative Arts Museum is the newest world-class facility at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia. Through the generosity of longtime patron Deen Day Sanders, the museum and its collection represent nearly half a century of her avid interest in fine porcelain. The porcelain pieces on display highlight works inspired by nature, particularly flowers, butterflies and birds by Dorothy Doughty and Diane Lewis. Other collections on display feature coffee, tea and chocolate and the beautiful porcelains created to serve hot beverages. A stunning wall feature displays a collection of Flora Danica porcelains. Admission is free.

If you would like to see the venue before the big day please feel free! The State Botanical Garden of Georgia is a botanical garden of 323 acres, with a conservatory operated by the University of Georgia.&nbsp; Admission is free.

The State Botanical Garden of Georgia

This 225- acre wildlife sanctuary includes over 4 miles of nature trails, providing access to a variety of habitats typical of the Georgia piedmont: river floodplains, wetlands, upland pine and hardwood forests, fields, ponds, and streams. Sandy Creek Nature Center is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Property and trails are open sunrise to sunset daily. Admission is $2 per person between the ages of 4-64. Ages 65+ are free.

Wedding Ceremony

The wedding ceremony will be held at the State Botanical Gardens of Georgia 05/16/2026. Doors will open at 5:00 PM and ceremony will start at 5:30 PM. Please join us in Formal/ Black Tie Optional
